We started the first half off well with some quick and slick passing, penetrating the back line of Broadway but a few good saves from their goalkeeper as well as a good defence meant we were restricted with our shots. However that didn't stop a wonder shot from Karam rocking the back of the net to get us off the mark and looking dangerous in attack.

We struggled with our passing today with the ball dripping of water and a few players miskicking or slipping off the ball, that meant we couldn't play football the way we want to and resulted in giving the ball away in a few dangerous positions, some of which saw the need for our super keeper Aaron to race off his line to block the shots and collect the ball.

Rushall played great football around the back and was able to move it quite freely at times and the link up play from defence to midfield was always on and relatively successful but the midfield to attack link up play just wasn't there and we often struggled to look like a team. A penalty for the opposition ensued when a stray hand hit the ball in our box and a goal was scored. We were under a lot of pressure but we managed it well and tried to calm down the play by keeping possession of the ball a bit better.

Over the entirety of the game we saw 6 beautiful goals scored by our attackers and excellent link up play and defensive duties around the back but going forward we need to work on bringing it all together.

A good game for supporters to watch and although there was some frustration from team mates we managed to bag another 3 points and remain top of the division.
